Central Valley Regional Leadership Academy
About the Program:
The LOCC API Caucus is proud to co-host the Central Valley Regional Leadership Academy on September 27-28. The Academy is a two-day leadership training event for community stakeholders, individuals seeking to run for public office, current elected officials, and those with an interest in policymaking or social justice.
The Central Valley Regional Leadership Academy is hosted in partnership with APAICS. The training consists of interactive political training with topics ranging from developing your campaign plan, communications, digital organizing, power mapping, volunteer recruitment and management, and fundraising.
Cost of Attendance
There is a small fee of $25 to attend the academy. The fee covers the entire training, breakfast and lunch both days, and the reception on Friday evening.
However, if you are a dues-paying member of the League of Cities API Caucus, it will be waived. If you have any questions about the membership dues feel free to contact Yee Xiong at: Yee@Lam-Consult.com. You may learn more about the membership dues and pay online here.
