Welcome Reception2016 — The CA API Legislative Caucus Institute, League of CA Cities API Caucus, and the Asian Pacific Islander Capitol Association (APICA) co-hosted a welcome reception for Mayors and Council Members, and API Legislators on January 20th, in Sacramento.
