The Asian Pacific Islander (API) Caucus is a diversity caucus organized within the League of California Cities. Asian Americans are the fastest-growing ethnic population in California. The API Caucus serves as leaders to improve the quality of life, advocate on behalf of the API community, and provide resources to develop the next generation of leaders.

Mission Statement:

Supports and advances Asian Pacific Islander local elected officials and advocates for the well-being of the diverse API community throughout the state.
